Katherine Arteta is the Branch Manager for Luxe Properties Pembroke Pines. She has over 17 years of sales & management experience. Her need to be fully involved in all aspects of her career led her to get involved in leadership with the Miami Association of Realtors. Here she can directly impact decisions concerning homeowner rights and provide education for agents.

Katherine is currently the YPN Board Global Chair and was the 2023 YPN Board President for the Miami Association of Realtors. Here her main focus here is to expand global connections that will help grow the global networks for young professionals everywhere. To help nourish the growth, collaboration and unity amongst all industry professionals. Working together is the key to success.

Her involvement has been the following:

2022 YPN President-elect, 2021 YPN Broward Chair, 2020 Educator of the Year, 2020- 2024 FL State & National Director & a proud RPAC Sterling R Major Investor. Katherine is currently on the Florida Realtors Communications, & YPN Committee and on the National Association of Realtors Global Committee.

Katherine holds the prestigious Seller Representative Specialist certification given to those with a proven record of success. She also holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification by the National Association of Realtors & was recipient of the 20 under 40 award.

Katherine loves getting involved in her community. Her past community involvement includes being a wish granter for Make a Wish, volunteering in the Radio Lollipop program at Nicklaus Children's Hospital and a past board member for the Miracle Society of Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
